How durable are your coatings?Our coatings are tested for 60,000 wear cycles (equivalent to years of heavy use) and provide UV protection for up to 10 years. They resist rubbing, cracking, water, and chemical cleaners.

Do I need a primer or sealer before applying your coatings?Our Base Coat is designed for strong adhesion on all surfaces, eliminating the need for primers. However, some surfaces may benefit from additional preparation - see our application guide for details.

Will the coatings change the feel of my leather or vinyl?No! Our coatings maintain the original texture and softness of the material while providing a durable, factory-quality finish.

What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Custom pigment blends are non-refundable.

How do I request a return or refund?Simply fill out our Return Request Form or email us with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
